Direct Docking Systems for more than 10 years in almost all major test houses worldwide, as well as in large IDM manufacturers. Turbodynamics direct docking systems are available on all existing 12" prober systems and on almost all 8" prober systems and offer enormous advantages over OEM based solutions, especially in the TriTemp area.

The repeatability in the µm range and the degree of automation guarantee best possible solutions for each customer. In addition, the Direct Docking systems are absolutely maintenance-free.
