Our Direct Docking Systems solve three major problems of Automatic Test Equipment: poor signal performance, lack of space in production and high costs for new equipment.

Turbodynamics' Direct Docking Systems are successfully in use throughout the semiconductor industry for more than 10 years – in all major test houses as well as by many IDM manufacturers.

Direct Docking is maintenance-free and available for all existing systems of 8'' and 12'' Probers.

A high degree of automation and a repeatability in the µm range with docking forces higher than 3000 N guarantee maximum performance.

Direct Docking for 8" Probers. With this solution existing and new 8" Prober Systems get a significant performance increase. 

Direct Docking for 12" Probers is a Plug and Play solution, which sets the standard for standardizing Prober Docking without a Pogo Tower. 

Turbodynamics supplies 12“ Head Plates for universal use. All the applications are developed for "Top Load" use. 

All Direct Docking Systems of Turbodynamics GmbH are based on the patented clamping system, P-Dock®.

Due to extensive know-how and pioneering work in the industry, Turbodynamics GmbH was able to establish its mature solutions on the global market and to integrate the innovative Direct Docking Systems for more than 10 years in almost all major test houses worldwide, as well as for large IDM manufacturers. Turbodynamics Direct Docking Systems are available on all existing 12" Prober Systems and on almost all 8" Prober Systems and offer enormous advantages over OEM based solutions, especially in the TriTemp area.

The repeatability in the µm range and the degree of automation guarantee best possible solutions for each customer. In addition, the Direct Docking Systems are absolutely maintenance-free.
