We are excited to present the next generation of our semi-automated Probe Card Universal Trolley XL!

It supports safe and ergonomic probe card handling into any type of

• Probers
• Final test handlers
• Maintenance tables and fixtures (see attached videos)
• Probe card storages and stockers

With this motorized advancement, we are setting new standards in manual probe card handling. The 2nd generation has been specifically developed to safely and economically manage even the heaviest cards in the industry. Thanks to its enhanced load capacity, the trolley can now handle cards weighing up to 45 kg with ease.

Different target heights will be reliably supported by scanning the target height with a barcode to avoid human adjustment errors.

Probe card specific grippers are changeable to convert for different tester applications.

The trolley offers an interface to be picked up by an AGV robot to carry it to the designated prober for probe card loading, reducing labor time.

A significant milestone: The first three models have already been successfully produced, rigorously evaluated, and officially approved by our customers. This underlines not only the quality and reliability of our product but also our commitment to delivering solutions tailored to our customers' needs.
