We are proud to announce Turbodynamics’ new products launch supporting the automated Prober Test Cell.

The new products are automating and optimizing the DIB exchange procedure eliminating repositioning risks of the tester for best first pass test yield and increases the system uptime with an extremely fast DIB exchange time.

We have already shipped a significant amount of test cells ready prepared for automated tester docking and undocking combined with an automatic DIB board exchange mechanism.

The supporting key equipment are the

➡ Universal Probe DIB Changer

The setup simplifies the DIB exchange procedure and reduces the exchange times.

The tester needs to just slightly lift straight and automatically after undocking. This provides sufficient space to automatically undock the DIB board, lift it slightly and convey it onto a drawer in front of the prober for automatic, semi-automatic or ergonomic manual pickup and exchange. The tester redocking procedure is as well much simplified through just moving slightly and straight down.
