Cosy summer party with momemade grilled fish, Bavarian style

On July 30th we celebrated a small summer party at Turbodynamics on our cozy sun terrace at the river Sims.

As a highlight we had our own grilled fish, so called "Steckerlfisch", which is spiked on a stick and prepared on a special fish grill. This kind of preparation is considered a speciality of the Alpine Foreland in Bavaria and CEO Stefan Thurmaier prepared the fish by himself.

Accompanied by some Bavarian music we spent a pleasant evening in summer temperatures.
