🚣 Team Spirit, Speed and Plenty of Fun 🐉

What a day! The 16th Rosenheim Dragon Boat Race was not only our team's very first participation, but also a true highlight filled with team spirit, sporting challenges, and unforgettable moments.

A huge compliment goes to the Kajak Club Rosenheim and OutdoorLux. The level of organization was simply outstanding. From the perfectly coordinated races to the diverse event program, everything was planned and executed flawlessly.

Combined with beautiful weather, creatively dressed teams, impressively decorated team tents, great music from the DJ, and an incredible atmosphere throughout the day, all the ingredients were there for a truly special event.

After just four training sessions, we entered the race with excitement and a healthy dose of respect for the challenge ahead. The amazing atmosphere and strong team spirit quickly pulled us in. We are therefore especially proud that, in our very first year, we managed to achieve a strong 12th place, right in the middle of the field.

A big thank you to all paddlers, supporters, and organizers for making this such a fantastic day. One thing is certain: the Turbosnails have caught the dragon boat bug and are already looking forward to next year! 🚣‍♀️🐉
