The new Auto Probecard Trolley complements the storage system for probecards to a next level of automation.
We have combined an AGV together with a probecard trolley to a fully automated transport vehicle for heavy probecards.
It can handle probecards up to 40kg and handover to either our probecard storage system or wafer probers.
It is compatible to existing automation systems as it is using the common SEMI communication standards (E84,E82).
It`s modular and compact design makes it easy to use on the testfloors. The AGV is compatible with already existing automated material handling systems and can be integrated without any difficulty.
