Turbodynamics is proud to announce that it has developed a brand new fully automated board changing system with an integrated docking setup.
This universal solution is compatible for all common horizontal and strip handlers on the market. Integrated safety features and a fully automated motion drive ensure an ergonomic and simple operation process. Common stiffener sizes like the Advantest V93k and Teradyne U-Flex platform can be operated. Turbodynamics was able to develop a solution which cannot only be docked with the house own P-Dock system, but also with OEM solutions like the Teradyne K-Dock or Advantest 3 pin docking system. This modularity combined with a compact design makes this development unique on the market.
It can be used as a stand-alone system or together with the TD zero-footprint trolley and automated probe card trolley & storage system. The latter would guarantee a complete automated delivery of load boards from a storage system to the test cell and back again.
