Our manipulators can handle Testheads weighing up to 500 kg (1100 lbs). With an accuracy of a few tenths of a millimeters we can ensure backlash-free coupling of each individual Testcell in the µm range.
Our product range of Test Trolleys includes Top Load and Bottom Load Systems for Testheads from 100 to 500 kg (220 to 600 lbs). The mobile and flexible devices guarantee highest flexibility and precision in the semiconductor industry. Test Trolleys by Turbodynamics are industry 4.0 ready and transport testers fully autonomous to the Wafer Prober or Handler.
Our Docking solutions is the connecting element between Tester and Handlers or Prober.
The systems are characterized by maximum precision, durability and are maintenance-free.
Our team develops application-specific solutions for front end and back end.
With the Probecard Analyzer Adapter we have developed the automated solution for the Rudolf VX4 Probecard Analyzer. We offer plug and play solutions especially for Advantest V93000 and Teradyne UltraFlex DUT Boards. With highest precision it is now possible to use different DUT Boards in combination with Turbodynamics` proven P-Dock® System.
Our patented and proven design stores and retrieves Probecards and Loadboards fully automated – hands-free, safe and ready for clean rooms. The modular design allows flexible adjustment of storage capacity and easy storage and retrieval through structured processes. The system can be fully integrated into existing data management systems and, thanks to its high degree of automation, reduces personnel and manual work.
We provide design and manufacturing of Conversion Kits compatible to different types of Test Handlers.
P-Lift® Systems are pneumatic feet which can be installed in existing Handlers or Probers.
