Probecard Trolleys
Our Probecard Trolleys are available both as top and bottom load solutions. Safe transport between storage location and point of use is guaranteed for Probecards weighing up to 40 kg.
The latest option is the fully automated PC Trolley, which transports Probecards between a Storage System and the Wafer Prober with an AGV.
Storage Tables
Turbodynamics storage tables are equipped with dedicated probe card trays. Each individual probe card has its own specific tray. Attached to the storage table the whole setup can be used for maintenance or inspection purpose.
